This granola is so easy to make and once you’re done, you won’t go back to that ready made stuff. Knowing what you’re fueling your body with is the best feeling. It tastes great and you can add whatever you like to make it your own!
Sprinkle a generous serving over fat-free yogurt and fruit OR have a spoonful from the jar!
Healthy Granola

400g Oats
150g Chopped Mixed Nuts
100g Dried Cranberries
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
- Toast oats in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir frequently for 5-7 minutes until lovely and golden.
- Add in the chopped nuts and gently warm through – 3 minutes.
- Swirl in the honey and maple syrup. Mix to coat the oats. Add more honey or syrup to your liking – the sweeter the better!
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the oats.
- Finally add the dried cranberries and give it a mix.
- There you go! Healthy homemade granola!
Notes
- Once cooled, transfer to a sealed jar and consume at your leisure. Consume over 2 weeks for the freshest taste.
- You can add anything you like to this granola. A good addition is coconut flakes and chocolate nibs! I usually do this when I’m serving. Delish
- Enjoy sprinkled over fruit & yogurt for a wholesome breakfast.
